REDNET MANAGEMENT PAYMENT

Within the scope of property management services, we organise the delivery of all services necessary for the functioning of a site, ongoing supervision of the correct functioning of a site, development of a management plan, preparing all documents connected with the first meeting of a residents’ association and also the organisation and conduct of residents’ association meetings.

In particular.
We offer the following services:

Accounting services

• accounting of a property: recording the payment of administration fees for the maintenance of communal areas of property, recording expenditure connected with the maintenance of communal areas,
• analysis of income and expenditure is as well as advice regarding the optimization of expenditures,
• performing collection procedures in the event of late payments,
• preparing periodic reports regarding financial accounts.

Administration services

• preparing and signing all contracts connected with the functioning of a property – including agreements for the delivery of utilities, maintenance services, technical services, etc,
• ongoing supervision into the performance of contracts, ongoing contact with external service providers,
• recording the use of utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc) along with periodic checks of meters,
• insuring the site against random events, theft, etc. – to an extent selected by the client,
• advice regarding insurance.

Technical services

• commissioning the performance of periodic technical reviews of a property and its systems and devices,
• maintaining a construction site register,
• commissioning and supervising the performance of necessary repairs.

Advisory services

• regarding the optimal use of the property and maximising income.

As part of any agreements signed with you, we will perform all administrative activities that will provide a high level of service to the owners of apartments.
