Touristic management of the redNet Management includes management of the hotel-type properties and recreation buildings.
Tourist management offer is addressed to the owners of the apartments which are the part of one property area. It covers organising yearlong booking service of the apartments’ rent.
We provide:
- Marketing actions focused on inviting new guests,
- Reservation services,
- Taking care of the guests during their stay,
- Activities connected with managing the apartment after the end of the rent process.
Clients buying an apartment in this type of the project not only gain a chance to spend their free time in an attractive spot, but also can have income from renting the flat.
Our offer covers all tasks connected with servicing people intending to spend holiday or organise a business meeting in an interesting place. As a part of the services offered we propose Internet booking and reporting system for owners (of a specific property) and partners in the centre. This tool will give to all the interested a possibility to receive information about the activities and results of the centre. It will also allow the owners of individual properties to make their own reservations.

Sales activities and advisory:
- selling of hotel and tourist services through the own Internet system as well as cooperation with tour operators,
- promotion of break offers within agreed parameters,
- counseling regarding the usage of the building as well as its potential,
Ongoing service
- operating the reception – guests’ registration, giving out and obtaining units, operating the booking system,
- operating the system of fees – cash and non-cash payments,
- maintaining cleanliness of buildings and units as well as exterior area, maintaining high standard of service,
- contact with services’ suppliers and everyday supervision of works conducted by them.
Technical services
- technical servicing of the site – ensuring ongoing operation of site devices and systems,
- conducting periodic technical reviews,
- conducting periodic reviews of the state of fixtures and fittings (furniture, audiovisual and household equipment, installed in units),
- planning refurbishment work and necessary repairs as well as determining their scope, costs and timescale,
- planning purchases connected with the replacement of fixtures and fittings in units.
Planning and reporting
- financial planning connected with the cost of maintaining the site and obtaining revenue,
- ongoing reporting of the number of overnight stays via the sales registration and reservation system,
- insurance services – based on co-operation with an insurance company.
As a part of tourist management services, we co-operate with local tour agencies and local event organisers in order to provide to guests and apartment owners additional attractions.
