redNet Management enables its clients to multiply financial profits from property investment. Placing your property into hands of the professional management company will ensure you comprehensive services from preparation stage up to selling your property.
1. PREPARING THE FLAT FOR MOVE-IN
Both when the owner plans to move in the flat himself/herself and when he/she intends to rent it redNet Management takes care of all preparation works.
2. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Within the frameworks of strategy preparation redNet Management will estimate the most profitable use of the property with an evaluation of its technical condition. On behalf of the client the company will take care of all formalities:
Administration management
- preparing rental agreement conditions,
- negotiating with potential tenants,
- signing rental agreement,
- supervising the hand-over and receipt of flat from a tenant,
- maintaining a register of all tenants,
- collecting deposits, rents, operation fees and other payments,
- supervising ongoing operation, maintenance, repairs and renovation,
- collecting documentation regarding use of the property, all building and repair works,
- property insurance.
Legal services
- representing the owner in matters connected with the maintenance of the property,
- preparing, signing, terminating and supervising the implementation of agreements regarding using the property,
- preparing, signing, terminating and supervising the implementation of agreements necessary for managing and maintaining the property.
Technical management
- ordering building and repair services,
- organising the maintenance of green areas,
- organising the checking of installations in accordance with legal regulations.
Reporting
At client’s request redNet Management prepares periodical reports about managing activities and state of the property (in the language chosen by client) and annual financial statements.
Providing mailing address
This service is available for clients who do not have a permanent postal address in Poland, but need it in order to communicate with banks and other institutions. redNet Management makes its own address available for the client, then passes his/her private correspondence on certain address in a way chosen by client (e.g. recorded delivery registered post, scanned copies via e-mail or by fax).
